1932 Ford Highboy Roadster
This stunning 1932 Ford Highboy Roadster is a professionally built
hot rod finished in eye-catching Ford Mustang "Screaming Yellow"
paint. Featuring a Harwood body riding on a custom-built Roadster
Shop chassis, this Roadster combines the unmistakable look of a
traditional '32 Ford with a serious performance-oriented drivetrain
and suspension setup.
Power comes from a built 351 Cleveland V8, bored .030 over and
equipped with flat-top pistons, forged rods, roller cam and roller
rockers. A Comp Cam with .513/.520 lift and 262/270 duration helps
give the Cleveland plenty of attitude, while a 650 Holley
double-pumper carburetor, Holley fuel pump and MSD ignition
complete the performance package.
Backing the V8 is a Tremec 5-speed manual transmission with Hurst
adapter, Centerforce clutch and pressure plate, and Tilton
throw-out bearing. Power is sent to a Ford 9-inch Posi rear end
with 3.70:1 gears, making this a Roadster that's built to be driven
and enjoyed.
Underneath, the car features a Super Bell front end,
rack-and-pinion steering and custom Ididit steering column.
Power-assisted Wilwood disc brakes with 11-inch front and 10-inch
rear rotors provide confident stopping power.
Beautifully finished, thoughtfully built and loaded with quality
components, this 1932 Ford Highboy Roadster delivers classic
hot-rod styling with a strong 351 Cleveland, 5-speed manual
