winner in 2001 and was transported to a Las Vegas Chevrolet
dealership. The original Odometer Statement and VIN inspection from
the Chevrolet dealership record 3 miles at that time. Included with
the documentation is a letter to the sweepstakes winner dated Feb.
24, 2001, from Gage Marketing that discusses the death of Dale
Earnhardt Sr. at the Daytona 500 on Feb. 18, 2001. The vehicle was
subsequently covered and stored in a garage for approximately 25
years and has not been started or driven since being stored.
