This 1969 Pontiac Firebird convertible is powered by a 6.2-liter all-aluminum LS3 V-8 engine paired with a Tremec six-speed manual transmission and Ford 9-inch rear axle. The engine is equipped with a Tru Trac Front Runner system, Be Cool aluminum radiator and electric cooling fans. A dual stainless-steel exhaust system with headers handles the exhaust. The suspension features Ridetech tubular control arms, front and rear coilover shocks, front and rear anti-sway bars and a four-link rear setup, along with power steering. Power four-wheel disc brakes feature Wilwood six-piston front and four-piston rear calipers with drilled and slotted rotors at all four corners. Built by L&S Customs of Prospect Hill, North Carolina, the Firebird is finished in Electron Blue Metallic with new chrome, Schott wheels, 235/40ZR18 front Bridgestone tires and 255/35ZR20 rear Bridgestone tires. It is equipped with a power premium cloth convertible top. The custom leather interior features upgraded bucket seats, molded door panels, a custom center console, power windows, a billet aluminum steering wheel and tilt steering. Additional interior equipment includes Dakota Digital gauges, air conditioning and a stereo system. The trunk area is finished, while the engine compartment features a smoothed firewall.
