This custom 1990 Ford Mustang LX 7-Up Edition convertible is powered by a 5.0-liter Coyote V-8 engine backed by a Tremec TKO-600 five-speed manual transmission. Sourced from a 2012 Mustang, the engine swap includes a Holley Terminator X MAX engine management system, JLT intake and Scott Rod Fabrication engine bay panels. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Quick Time bellhousing, aluminum driveshaft and 3.08 rear end with a Moser Engineering aluminum differential cover. A Stifflers transmission crossmember is also installed. The dual exhaust system features Flowmaster 3-inch mufflers. Suspension modifications include front coilovers, a Maximum Motorsports K-member, rear lower control arms, caster/camber plates and height-adjustable rear spring perches. Cobra-specification four-wheel disc brakes are installed. One of 4,103 7-Up Edition vehicles produced for the model year, it was repainted Deep Emerald Green Metallic and features a black convertible top, Cobra-style hood, Saleen-style rear spoiler, grille bar delete, style bar, Terminator-style lower valance and front splitter. Gray 18-inch SVE NVX wheels are fitted with 225/40 front and 285/35 rear Sumitomo HTR ZIII tires. The originally white interior was converted to black, with the articulated front seats and rear bench reupholstered in black leather.
