This 1966 Lincoln Continental custom convertible is powered by an
LS2 engine paired with a four-speed automatic transmission and fuel
injection with a dedicated fuel tank. It features dual exhaust with
Borla mufflers and electric cutouts, a StrongArm air-ride front
suspension, custom four-link rear suspension and self-leveling
three-level air ride system with two compressors and one EVT tank.
The cooling system includes an aluminum radiator with dual electric
fans, and the power steering gearbox is new. Stopping power is
handled by a hydro-boost brake booster with a Baer brake master
cylinder. The body received a complete Gray Metallic paint job with
reworked chrome bumpers and stainless trim, as well as replaced
weatherstripping. It rides on new black powder-coated Detroit Steel
wheels with stainless trim and center caps, wrapped in new Diamond
Back 245/40/20 whitewall tires. The power windows and power
convertible top were serviced by John Cashman. The full custom
leather interior features power front bucket seats, an Ididit tilt
steering column with push-button start, Dakota Digital gauge
cluster, Vintage Air climate control and an electric wiper motor
conversion. A custom center console houses a Bluetooth-capable JL
Audio sound system with a subwoofer, four 6.5-inch speakers and
door speakers.
