Jimmy is powered by an upgraded fuel-injected 6.0-liter Vortec V-8
engine paired with a Turbo 350 automatic transmission. It features
a 2-inch suspension lift, Rancho shocks, power steering and power
front disc brakes. It rides on 33x12.50x15 BFGoodrich all-terrain
tires. The exterior is finished in PPG Galaxy Silver and Dover
White basecoat/clearcoat paint with ceramic tint and AMP power
steps with lights. The interior features bucket seats with a bench
seat bolted in the rear, Vintage Air climate control, surround
sound with a subwoofer and a backup camera. It received a frame-off
rotisserie restoration and has been driven 732 miles since the
build. Edie once commented, "We loved the way this car rolled
easily over the hill country ranch, and 'Blue Sky' by the Allman
Brothers sounded joyful and beautiful coming out of those great
speakers on a sunny morning in the breeze."
