For Sale at Auction: 1968 Ford Mustang in Las Vegas, Nevada

This 1968 Ford Mustang California Special is powered by a 289ci 2V V-8 engine backed by a C4 SelectShift automatic transmission with a 3.00 conventional rear axle. It features power steering. The independent front suspension uses unequal-length coil springs, tubular shock absorbers and an anti-roll bar. The rear suspension consists of a live axle with semi-elliptic leaf springs and tubular shocks. Braking is handled by 10-inch heavy-duty drums at all four wheels. Finished in Seafoam Green, this Mustang was restored to factory specifications and features a fiberglass decklid with an integrated ducktail spoiler, quarter panel extensions and non-sequential 1965 Thunderbird taillights. The Ivy Gold vinyl interior features standard bucket seats, an AM radio, tinted glass, Deluxe seat belts and Deluxe wheel covers. According to the Deluxe Marti Report, the California Special was ordered through the San Jose District Sales Office and sold through Charles Reid Ford in Lincoln, Nebraska.
