This bike was fully restored and carefully improved by Colorado
Norton Works, a name closely tied to the Norton Motorcycle Company
and respected throughout the vintage performance world. With just
52 miles since its 2023 completion, this Norton Commando bike
presents as essentially new. Power comes from the 850 parallel twin
bored .020 and fed by dual 35mm Keihin carburetors. The engine is
paired with a 4-speed transmission, a 42-tooth final drive, and a
520 rear sprocket, delivering the mechanical feel that defines a
true Norton motorcycle. Billet aluminum valve covers, chrome Rabers
headers, and stainless mufflers add visual presence while staying
true to the Commando character. Finished in deep PPG Midnight
Sapphire, the look is completed with a TriBar headlight, cafe-style
LED signals, and a black leather Corbin Gunfighter seat. Smiths
gauges, modified Honda switch clusters, and an electric start bring
modern usability to this classic Norton Commando motorbike. Braking
is handled by Brembo disc brakes with 4-piston front and 2-piston
rear calipers, while Sun alloy rims sized 19-inch front and 18-inch
rear are supported by Hagon stainless shocks. For collectors
seeking a Norton motorcycle that blends originality with thoughtful
execution, this Norton Commando stands at the top of the field
among serious Norton bikes. VIN: 331815
