The Cameo Carrier was Chevrolet’s upscale pickup and one of the most significant designs of the 1950s. Its smooth fiberglass rear bedside panels, unique tailgate treatment, extensive brightwork, and passenger-car-inspired styling helped establish the idea of the premium personal-use pickup.
This truck is an authentic 1957 Chevrolet Cameo Carrier, Model 3124.
Only 2,244 Cameo Carriers were produced for the 1957 model year, making it considerably rarer than a standard Chevrolet pickup and increasingly difficult to find—especially as a fully restored, award-winning restomod.
