This lovely 1967 Corvette Coupe shows just 79,499 miles on the
odometer, although it is designated as "mileage exempt" in Texas
due to age. We believe the interior to be original to the car and
presents very well with only minor wear and fade. The factory
stampings are on all of the glass panels and the stainless trim is
in excellent condition.
The exterior benefitted from a professional refinish in its
original code 972 Ermine White many years ago. The undercarriage,
frame and structure of this coupe are excellent throughout. Front,
rear suspension, steering and brake components have been replaced
as needed over the years and are all in very good condition.
Recent improvements include new cast aluminum wheels and tires,
replacement shoulder belts and the 327 engine just emerged from a
complete overhaul, it has less than 100 miles of use since
completion.
Most of the coupes we find with A/C are automatics...it is nice to
finally find a 4-speed. This car is at the perfect level in our
opinion, a well-kept and maintained original survivor with one
exterior refinish, excellent mechanicals and a completely rebuilt
original engine making it the ideal car to hit the open road and
enjoy...and at least for us here in Texas with the A/C on high!
