This 1956 Ford F-100 custom pickup is powered by a 355ci Chevrolet
V-8 engine paired with a modified Turbo 350 three-speed automatic
transmission and 3,500-stall converter. The engine features a
polished tunnel-ram intake, Holley 3310 carburetor and nitrous
fogger system. The chassis features a tubbed and narrowed Ford
9-inch rear end with a Strange spool and axles, four-link
suspension, coilover shocks and a Z-bar sway bar. The front
suspension incorporates Toyota power steering and a 2-inch dropped
straight axle. It is equipped with upgraded brakes. Finished in
Chrysler Bright Metallic Red with blue and purple metallic
graphics, the exterior features a new chrome bumper and grille. It
rides on polished aluminum wheels measuring 12x14 in the rear and
7x14 in the front, fitted with new radial tires and oversized rear
performance radials. The custom interior features bucket seats, a
center console, tilt steering, a five-point roll cage, electric
windows, electric door locks and a stereo cassette system with
custom speakers. Additional equipment includes twin fuel cells,
Mallory electric fuel pumps and electric windshield wipers.
