Commissioning Order 7499. Built over 14 months exclusively at
Brabus headquarters in Germany on the foundation of a 2022 G 63 AMG
(MSRP 209,350). This vehicle represents full factory engineering,
not post-delivery modification. It carries Brabus Certificate of
Authenticity and complete commissioning documentation. The
distinction matters in a market flooded with exterior and interior
kits.
THE COMMISSIONING
Specified for the complete Brabus 800 transformation and purchased
directly from Brabus International US in Irvine, California,
delivered with 65 factory miles. The entire vehicle was engineered
and assembled in Germany before US delivery. Nothing was added
after arrival. The commissioning book details every component,
every specification, every decision made during the 14-month build
cycle. This is not a car that arrived and was then modified. It is
a Brabus vehicle that arrived as intended.
ENGINEERING: THE 800 TRANSFORMATION
The stock G 63 AMG runs 577 hp and 627 lb-ft torque. The Brabus 800
rebuilds the engine from the block up. Enlarged 57mm turbochargers
with re-engineered bearing housings. Machined intake manifolds and
bored internals. Brabus 800 control module managing fuel injection,
ignition timing, and boost pressure across all operating
conditions. Custom stainless steel exhaust with active valved
flaps, tuned and commissioned during factory build. Full ECU
recalibration. The result: 800 hp, 1,000 Nm (737 lb-ft) torque. 0
to 62 mph in 4.0 seconds. Top speed governed to 149 mph. Power
flows through the 9-speed Speedshift TCT to 4Matic all-wheel drive
without compromise or hesitation.
CHASSIS AND EXTERIOR
Brabus Widestar widebody conversion engineered during factory
commissioning. Extended fender flares with integrated air
management. Carbon fiber extensively used throughout: dual power
bulge hood, fender inserts (matte finish), front roof spoiler with
LED bars, underrun guards, hood attachment, spare tire carrier
cover, door mirror covers, front grille surround, impact strips,
and door handles. Every carbon fiber component specified and
finished in matte, hand-selected during commissioning for cohesion
and intent.
24-inch Brabus Platinum Edition Monoblock Z forged wheels. Front
wheels 10.0 x 24, gloss black with brush spoke accents, wrapped in
Vredestein Ultrac Vorti Blackwall 295/30ZR24. Rear wheels 12.0 x
24, gloss black with brush spoke accents, shod with Vredestein
Ultrac Vorti Blackwall 355/25ZR24. Wheels specified as part of
commissioning, not retrofitted.
Brabus Lowered Ride Control Suspension engineered and installed
during factory build, providing adjustable ride height with
dual-mode capability. This is not an aftermarket addition. It was
commissioned alongside the powertrain and tuning.
Custom Brabus entrance panels, signature dual front grille stripes,
illuminated radiator grille bar logo, W464 side logos, and tailgate
badge. Brabus script details throughout interior and exterior.
Valve-controlled exhaust for G63 with black tips, delivering active
sound management tuned during final commissioning. Every detail
engineered as one system, not layered on afterward.
INTERIOR
Over 200 Brabus-specific components engineered and installed during
the 14-month commissioning cycle. Full matte carbon fiber
throughout dashboard, console, door panels, and trim.
Custom-stitched leather seats finished to Brabus specifications
with Brabus stitching detail. Light carpet with integrated Brabus
logo. Precision-fitted speaker covers.
Rear overhead G463A Brabus chronograph cluster, commissioning
component. Panerai Luminor Design analog watch commissioned and
integrated as the main dashboard clock, $5,995 specification during
build. The original IWC timepiece included with the car remains in
the service records.
Carbon fiber aluminum pedal kit with fiber shift paddles. Brabus
aluminum doorlock pins. Brabus-specific floor mats in black velour.
Black velour trunk mat. Every interior detail commissioned, not
assembled from aftermarket parts.
CONDITION
Delivered with 65 factory miles in December 2022. Now showing 1,411
miles. Treated as delivery condition ownership, not driven as a
daily. All four tires replaced by authorized dealer one month ago,
the prior set now discontinued. 100 miles on current rubber. Recent
A and B service completed by authorized Mercedes-Benz service
center. Clean Carfax report on file.
PROVENANCE
Brabus Commission Order 7499, dated 12/22/2022. Complete Brabus
commissioning book detailing every specification, every component,
every engineering decision made during the 14-month factory build
in Germany. Brabus Certificate of Authenticity from Brabus
International US. Both original keys and fobs. Original Mercedes

THE INVESTMENT
This G 63 800 was commissioned, not assembled. The factory build
cost reflects 14 months of German engineering applied to a platform
that handles both capability and luxury without compromise. The
owner specified carbon fiber where it matters, performance
suspension where it works, and a powertrain that delivers 800 hp
through all-wheel drive without hesitation. This is not a cosmetic
