This 1954 Chevrolet Corvette is powered by a 350ci Chevrolet V-8
engine equipped with a Summit four-barrel carburetor,
Chevrolet-branded valve covers, exhaust headers, an aluminum
radiator and an electric cooling fan. Power is delivered to the
rear wheels through a 700R4 four-speed automatic overdrive
transmission. It features Mustang II front suspension and
rack-and-pinion steering. Dual exhaust outlets exit through the
rear valance. Power-assisted front disc brakes provide braking. The
exterior is finished in silver basecoat/clearcoat paint and
features a replacement curved windshield, wire-mesh headlight
guards, a chrome grille, LED lighting, front directional signals,
Chevrolet fender badging and a three-piece rear bumper. A soft-top
frame is included. The custom interior features bucket seats
finished in black and red vinyl and faired into the rear bodywork.
Interior equipment includes a dash-mounted rearview mirror, lap
belts, polished door sills, a floor-mounted shifter, a Vintage Air
system, custom instrumentation with a 140-mph speedometer and a
three-spoke steering wheel with a Flaming River horn button
assembly. Recent mechanical servicing included replacement spark
plugs, belts, battery, oil pan gasket, water pump gasket,
transmission pan and transmission filter. It rides on new custom
wheels and tires.
