This 1989 Mercedes-Benz 560SL Roadster is powered by a 5.6-liter
M117 SOHC V-8 engine producing 227hp and 279 lb-ft of torque,
equipped with Bosch KE-Jetronic electronic fuel injection and mated
to a 4-speed automatic transmission. Power is sent to the rear
wheels through a limited-slip differential. It is equipped with
fully independent suspension and power-assisted four-wheel disc
brakes with ABS. The exterior retains its original red paint, which
has been professionally detailed and polished, along with chrome
bumper accents and factory alloy wheels. It comes with both factory
tops, including a detachable body-color hardtop with a rear
defroster and a black Haartz cloth soft-top with clear rear
windows. The interior features leather bucket seats, burl wood trim
on the center console and dashboard, automatic climate control,
power windows, central locking, cruise control, a leather-wrapped
steering wheel, analog gauges and a premium audio system. This 1989
model represents the final model year of the R107 production run
from 1971-89 and is equipped with a driver-side airbag.
