No Reserve Classics proudly presents this 1965 Ford GT40 MKI by
Superformance, Roush 427IR V8, 560HP, Quaife 5-Speed, Diamond Black
Metallic
Few automobiles have changed motorsports history like the Ford
GT40. Created to challenge Ferrari at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the
GT40 captured four consecutive overall victories from 1966 through
1969 and became one of the greatest racing legends of all time.
Finished in stunning Diamond Black Metallic with Silver Le Mans
racing stripes, this officially licensed Superformance continuation
is powered by a Roush 427IR V8 producing approximately 560
horsepower and 550 lb-ft of torque. An 8-stack electronic fuel
injection system provides modern performance and drivability, while
a highly desirable Quaife 5-speed manual transaxle delivers an
unforgettable driving experience.
The GT40 features a Safir licensed continuation chassis, hydraulic
front lift system, HRE Future GT Forty wheels, Michelin Pilot Sport
Cup 2 tires, aerodynamic canards, Alcantara and leather interior
appointments, air conditioning, Speedhut electronic gauges, and
push-button ignition. Extensive build documentation, factory option
sheets, Roush engine documentation, California SPCNS registration
paperwork, receipts, and build records accompany this exceptional
example.
As always, if you're an extremely interested buyer and are not
quite yet convinced about the condition of our vehicle, we not only
welcome inspections but we encourage them! Please feel free to set
up an appointment with any credible inspector and we'll be more
than happy to put this car up on a lift for a thorough
comprehensive inspection!
Please keep in mind that this vehicle is one of our newest arrivals
and can be purchased as-is or with additional options. We are

this vehicle. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks to complete this
