This beautiful 1967 Jaguar XKE E Type Convertible has a 4.2L inline
6 engine with triple carburetors with a 4-speed manual
transmission. It is prized by collectors as the final and
most refined year of the iconic covered-headlight series 1
style. It has a stereo system with an aftermarket Pioneer
CD player. both work.The heater is not currently working.Wipers,
door locks, turn signals, and crank windows work as they should.The
blue leather-like/cloth interior is in good
condition. Fluids are medium. There is
a spare tire, car jack and tool kit.The tires appear to be in good
condition but probably need to be replaced because of
age. The rims are in good condition with no
scratches. The white and light blue exterior paint is in
good condition with scratches at right front behind headlamp,
paints chip on fuel door and trunk.There is a dent at left front
(below mirror), right rear quarter-panel near door. There
is no visible rust, except for under spare tire in
trunk. The convertible top is manual and goes up and down
easily. There are two pin holes on top at hinges near
rear of the top and there is one seam tear behind driver's
window. Nevertheless,it is in good condition
for its age. There are two small tears on driver door
panel at bottom. This vehicle drives
well.
