For Sale: 1955 Ford Thunderbird in Reno, Nevada

This 1955 Ford Thunderbird Convertible has a 292 c.i. (4.8L) V8 engine and a 2-speed automatic transmission.  This very comfortable car needs some tender loving care but with a little love it could be a great cruising car for the weekends.  It's a very nice 6-volt system.  T-birds have a reputation for being relatively trouble free. This one runs well. This car has power seats that are not currently working.  It has power steering and stereo system with cassette, all of which work.  It has a working heater.  All lights work, turn signals, door locks and wipers work. There is a leak at the oil pan and radiator.  There is a spare tire, car jack and tools. The tires are in good condition with manufacturer's date of 2819.The rims are in good condition with no scratches. The exterior red and white paint is in good condition with very light scratches throughout from normal wear and tear.   There are no dents and no rust. The convertible top works but rubber beneath it is appears aged.  The top is in good condition and the window is also in good condition.The vinyl black and gray interior is in good condition.The car runs well. IT IS ALWAYS A GOOD IDEA TO GET AN INDEPENDENT THIRD-PARTY INSPECTION ON ANY USED CAR.
