This 1985 GMC 1500 custom pickup is powered by a new GM 350ci
center-bolt crate V-8 engine paired with a new B&M TH350
automatic transmission and new B&M torque converter. The engine
is equipped with a new Edelbrock carburetor, serpentine belt system
and new front accessory drive components. The truck underwent a
frame-off restoration by Image Rods of Bryan, Texas, and now
features Chevrolet emblems throughout. The suspension has been
upgraded with Belltech drop shocks, CPP tubular control arms, drop
spindles, drop springs, a rear flip kit and new tie-rod ends. The
exterior is finished in new PPG Blue paint, including under the bed
and cab, and features a new air dam, front and rear bumpers with
brackets, and new tailgate trim. The interior features a new gray
interior, freshly rebuilt steering column, new air-conditioning
system and hoses, Bluetooth two-knob radio and upgraded speakers.
Additional restoration work includes replacement of the window
regulators, trim, glass, weatherstripping, badges, wiring harness,
lights and lenses with new components. It rides on new wheels and
tires.
