327ci V-8 engine paired with a Muncie four-speed manual
transmission and hydraulic clutch. The engine is equipped with a
Demon four-barrel carburetor, polished aluminum intake, headers, GM
double-hump heads, billet air cleaner and valve covers. Cooling is
handled by a Griffin aluminum radiator with an electric fan. A
Flowmaster X-pipe dual exhaust system is fitted. The chassis
features Heidts Super Ride IFS with stainless-steel tubular control
arms, Flaming River rack-and-pinion steering, a 10-bolt rear end
with 3.73 gears and a limited-slip differential, plus mono-leaf
rear suspension. Front disc brakes provide stopping power. The
exterior is finished in white and rides on 15- and 17-inch American
Racing Torq Thrust II wheels with 205/60R15 front and 275/40ZR17
Goodyear Eagle red-line radial tires. The custom two-tone leather
interior features sculpted upholstery, bucket seats, a full-length
console, tilt steering column with a billet steering wheel,
AutoMeter gauge cluster, Phantom tachometer, Hurst shifter, AM/FM
sound system and Vintage Air climate control. The trunk area is
finished. This vehicle is identified as a true Super Sport.
