This 1941 Ford custom pickup is powered by a balanced and blueprinted 383ci Chevrolet Stroker V-8 engine featuring a four-bolt main block, 10.5:1 compression, 202 intake valves, 160 exhaust valves, hardened seats, stainless-steel valves, ported heads, a port-matched intake, exhaust relief, double valve springs, roller rockers, a Comp hydraulic roller camshaft with .600 lift, a high-rise distributor, an HEI distributor, a Carter AFB Competition Series 750-cfm carburetor, an Edelbrock Performer RPM intake manifold, billet pulleys, a chrome 100-amp alternator, a chrome oil pan and a shrouded aluminum radiator. Jet-Hot Sterling headers, coated inside and out, feed a Flowmaster 2.5-inch exhaust system with Megs polished tips. Power is sent through a Turbo 350 automatic transmission equipped with a Super Shift kit, a 2,500-stall converter, Allison clutches, a machined forward drum, two additional clutches and a large-capacity oil pan to a Ford 9-inch rear end. The chassis features a Mustang II independent front suspension, power rack-and-pinion steering, power steering and four-wheel disc brakes. This truck received a frame-off custom restoration and was customized in 2005. Finished in Midnight Purple Metallic, the exterior features custom hand-painted flames and pinstriping by Jeff Gangwish of Shin-Bone Alley, shaved door handles, shaved bumpers, custom integrated running boards, LED taillights integrated into a custom smoothie rear valance with exhaust cutouts. This truck is also equipped with a CheckmateFX fiberglass tonneau cover with struts and hidden latches, a hidden tailgate latch, a custom Hagen fuel door, Don's Hot Rod hood latch kit with hood struts, an oak wood bed with stainless-steel strips,15-inch steel wheels painted in cream and yellow with red pinstripes, and baby moon hubcaps with V-8 logos. The interior is trimmed in gray leather and ostrich-hide upholstery on the bucket seats, door panels and headliner. Additional features include VDO gauges, a Lecarra leather-wrapped steering wheel, power windows, power remote entry with door poppers, two-speed custom wipers, air conditioning, an electric heater, a six-disc CD stereo with four speakers and two tweeters, a Bitchin' Products firewall, floor and floorboards, a Holley electric fuel pump and brand-new tires. **TITLED AS 1941 FORD F-1**
