This custom 1958 Chevrolet Yeoman is powered by a Cadillac
4.6-liter Northstar V-8 engine featuring a one-of-a-kind billet
valve cover paired with a 700R4 automatic transmission and a Ford
9-inch rear end. It rides on a Fat Man chassis with a fully
detailed undercarriage, Corvette front suspension and air-ride
suspension. Four-wheel disc brakes provide stopping power. Exterior
modifications include a 3.5-inch wedge top, hand-formed rear glass,
frenched handmade side trim, restyled taillights, Jaguar dual
headlights, a restyled grille, narrowed bumpers and Chrysler door
handles. The body is finished in PPG Pearl Orange paint. The tan
leather interior features a hand-built dash and center console,
Vintage Air climate control, a TMX sound system and AutoMeter
Phantom gauges including a speedometer and tachometer. This Chris
Dixon-built Yeoman was featured in Custom Rodder magazine in 2000.
The vehicle has been driven 2,868 miles since the restoration.
