This 1962 Chevrolet Corvette custom convertible is powered by a built 418ci LS3 stroker engine, featuring a forged rotating stroker assembly, 11:1 compression, a Texas Speed & Performance Stage 2 naturally aspirated camshaft, dual valve springs with titanium retainers, Yella Terra roller rockers, Harrop Hurricane individual throttle bodies, a Holley mid-mount accessory system, billet valve covers, Ultimate long-tube headers, a custom EFAB exhaust system and a DeWitts aluminum radiator with a high-performance 16-inch SPAL fan. Fuel delivery is handled by a Rick's Tanks stainless-steel fuel tank with a billet stand, a Walbro 450LPH fuel pump and FIC 1000cc fuel injectors. Power is delivered through a Tremec T56 Magnum six-speed close-ratio manual transmission with a McLeod twin disc RST clutch and flywheel, a MalWood USA hydraulic clutch and pedal assembly, a Ford 9-inch Strange Engineering rear differential with 3.70 gears, a Truetrac limited-slip differential and a Dynamic Drivelines carbon-fiber driveshaft with billet yokes. The Art Morrison GT Sport chassis is finished in gray powder coat and equipped with a C7 Corvette front suspension, Strange Engineering adjustable-height coilovers with adjustable damping and power rack-and-pinion steering. Stopping is provided by Brembo six-piston front and four-piston rear calipers with DBA two-piece slotted composite rotors, a Baer master cylinder, a C7 Corvette parking brake, titanium brake hardware and custom stainless-steel brake lines. The professionally prepared body and included hardtop are finished in PPG Black Mercedes 004 paint. The car features 1961-style cove trim, LED headlights and taillights, flush-mount door handles, green-tinted glass, a green-tinted windshield, mini-tubs and gas-shock-operated hood, decklid and trunk. It rides on Satin Gunmetal Forgeline GA1R Concave wheels with titanium lug nuts and extended ARP studs wrapped in 275/35R19 front and 325/30R19 rear Toyo Proxes R888R tires. The interior is trimmed in Rosso Red leather with Claret English Wilton carpet, a Goya Red Alcantara headliner, SeatPods front seats that allow more room for taller occupants, Dakota Digital RTX gauges, Vintage Air Gen 5 climate control, power windows and a Custom Autosound Bluetooth head unit with JBL speakers. Additional features include Holley Terminator X Max engine management with a professional tune, a custom engine wiring harness, a Lectric Limited restomod body wiring kit with fuse panel and a trunk-mounted Optima Red Top battery. The restoration began in October 2023 and was completed in March 2026. It has been driven 200 miles since completion.
