This custom 1956 Chevrolet 210 Delray is powered by a BluePrint
383ci stroker V-8 engine with 64cc aluminum heads producing 430hp
and 450 lb-ft of torque. Engine features include a four-bolt main
block, Holley 750-cfm carburetor with vacuum secondaries and an
electric choke, custom Taylor spark plug wires, March polished
serpentine belt drive system with a polished aluminum Corvette
water pump, polished power steering reservoir and custom cooling
system with a polished aluminum radiator core support, air
conditioning condenser and dual 13-inch 1,700-cfm electric fans
with polished aluminum shrouds. Power is delivered through a 700R4
overdrive automatic transmission with a lockup torque converter,
polished aluminum transmission pan and torque converter cover,
stainless-steel braided cooler lines and a B&M Quicksilver
floor shifter to a Currie powder-coated 9-inch rear end. Stopping
is provided by Wilwood 12.19-inch cross-drilled and slotted disc
brakes with four-piston Dynalite calipers front and rear, along
with a chrome power brake booster, chrome master cylinder,
proportioning valve and a CDR electric diaphragm-style vacuum pump
with a billet aluminum reservoir and stainless-steel braided hoses.
The exhaust system includes Granatelli polished stainless-steel
electric exhaust cutouts, a 2.5-inch X-pipe, Flowmaster Super HP
mufflers and chrome exhaust tips. The chassis is equipped with
Classic Performance power steering, 2-inch drop spindles and
McGaughy powder-coated traction bars. Additional features include a
custom-built air-conditioned heating system with stainless-steel
fittings, braided hoses, a chrome compressor, accumulator and
polished aluminum condenser, custom stainless-steel braided power
steering hoses, a Custom Autosound stereo with remote CD player,
Clarion 400-watt amplifier, Pioneer TS-A30W speakers, an 8-inch
Kicker subwoofer with a custom enclosure and a Kicker 1,200-watt
amplifier. Custom details include machined and monogrammed polished
aluminum firewall inlays, Eddie Motorsports polished hood hinges,
polished hood braces, a custom stainless-steel battery box with an
Optima YellowTop battery, Lokar billet aluminum brake and throttle
pedals, Lokar stainless-steel braided throttle cable, kickdown
cable and transmission dipstick, custom dash trim, custom sport
mirror, pinstriping by Chris Nelson, custom fabrication and
installation by Old School Performance & Restoration, and custom
