The engine is in good working condition - there's no knock or excess valvetrain noise. Fuel injection and electrical are all running smooth - no vacuum leaks. The timing belt, tensioner and water pump were all recently replaced - along with other serviceable items like camshaft seals and other gaskets.
Drivetrain's solid overall—transaxle and torque tube pulled, inspected and in good condition.
Clutch discs still have decent life left. Shifting feels good right now, but these 928s are notorious for getting notchy/rough over time due to the intermediate plate.
If it starts feeling hard to shift in the future, it's a 30-minute procedure to the intermediate plate.
The car recently had a service to the brake master cylinder and sensors.
Speedometer and odometer recently stopped working. Gas gage is inaccurate. Voltage and oil pressure gauge, as well as coolant temp gage work.
Body has some rust around the rear windows, and clear coat is peeling on the hood and roof.
Overall, a solid driver that will live on!
