Exterior
Long Beach Red Metallic, named for the Grand Prix circuit in California sets the base here and is tastefully matched with a tan convertible top that maintains a low profile keeping the car sleek. That gaping front intake leads the eyes to flush headlights on the corners, complemented by a hood bulge behind the aggressive heat extractor vents. A body colored spoiler is perched above quad tail lights, more square than past generations, and four massive exhaust ports exiting below the license plate. ZR rated tires wrap around 19-inch front and 20-inch rear wheels, chrome spoked and sharing the profile with the requisite Corvette front fender vents. Imperfections are limited to scuffs, scrapes and a notable repair on the front, and a few checks in the paint.

Interior
Kalahari leather, a shade of saddle brown, mixes with formed black plastic on the door to begin our dramatic view of the interior, and the black leather present has saddle stitching, both doors showing in great shape. Corvette puts criticism of seat design to sleep with the C7's Kalahari buckets, and both present in excellent condition. The steering wheel is just this side of F1 with the paddles, buttons, and a flat bottom with a clear view of the electronic instrument cluster ahead, surrounded by carbon fiber trim and a leather wrapped dash pad. Moving north to south in the center gives you a screen with navigation and a back up camera and a sound system that is Bluetooth, XM, CarPlay capable and has a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot capability. Sliding down, we find the shifter in an aluminum faceplate, flanked by a leather grab handle for the passenger and in front of an armrest . Low pile black carpet on the floor is perfect and is found in the cargo area as well. Tri-colored woven floor mats protect the carpet in the footwells, functional and attractive.

Drivetrain
Under the hood and mostly under a large shroud is the 6.2 liter LT1 V8 with 460 horsepower and an 8L90E 8-speed automatic transaxle that routes the power through 2.41 gears with limited slip.

Undercarriage
About as fresh as you can get and still have miles, the underside is practically spotless with a plethora of belly pans and aluminum plates to increase aerodynamics. SLA independent suspension has forged aluminum control arms, transverse monoleaf springs, steel stabilizer bars, and spindle offsets. Dual exhaust runs tandem down the center and ends by encountering the OEM mufflers just before four trumpet-like tips. Naturally, power disc brakes are found on all four wheels.

Drive-Ability
Once sitting inside, it's clear this car was purpose built for the ultimate driving experience. A start of the V8 solidifies that with a healthy exhaust note and on the test loop, incredible power and road sticking mannerisms reserved for the best of the best. We are on original tires here so maintain moderate speeds, especially around turns, but the capabilities are obvious. And with such low mileage, it comes as no surprise that all functions on this handsome Vette work as intended.
