Beautiful frame-off restored 1960 Ford F-100 Styleside pickup.
This truck has been in my ownership for approximately 15 years and has been garage kept and driven only occasionally on weekends and for pleasure. The restoration was completed by a restorer in Columbia, Tennessee, and the truck has traveled approximately 2,500 miles since the restoration.
Finished in a striking red and white two-tone combination with matching painted steel wheels, wide whitewall tires and chrome hubcaps. The bed features a beautiful finished oak plank floor with painted metal strips. The fuel tank was relocated from behind the seat to beneath the bed during the restoration.
The truck retains its original-style 223 cu. in. inline six-cylinder engine paired with a 3-speed manual column-shift transmission (“three on the tree”). It starts, runs and drives well and was recently serviced.
The restoration was extensive and the truck presents beautifully, while still being a vehicle that can be driven and enjoyed rather than simply displayed. I have restoration photographs, the original-style owner’s manual, and additional documentation/items that will accompany the truck.
This is a very attractive example of Ford’s classic late-1950s/early-1960s F-Series styling, with a wonderful period-correct appearance and an unusually appealing color combination.
