I bought this ZX in 1983 from a San Diego dealer and I have lived in SD ever since - This classic car has been garaged or covered its entire life
All maintenance done on this car is documented by original work orders and invoices I have kept in a file - All repairs were done as they were needed
Registration and California smog certification have been continuously maintained and are current for 2027
This car is a blast to drive. It rides and corners great, is very fast and is in perfect running order. At least 50% of the miles on this car were in 5th gear at highway speeds
For over 20 years, this has been my 2nd car that I take out for T-Top off weekend excursions around San Diego and Southern California
I have the original Owner's Manual, the original space-saver spare tire and unopened tool kit - No modifications have been made from the original condition
All main features of this car work or appear as in 1983, including the starter, engine, clutch, transmission, suspension, brakes, steering, electrical, lights, interior and exterior
Recently repaired/replaced items (witnin last 5 yrs) include: new tires, new battery, new starter solinoid, new paint, new interior fabric, new radio, new windshield and new rear hatch struts
The only items needing some repair on this car are (i) the air conditioner; (ii) the rear mirrors electrical function and (iii) the back-up lights
I am reluctantly selling this magnificant car because I don't drive it enough - I would love to know my classic ZX will be owned by someone who (1) will drive it more than I do and (2) love it as much as I do
Online postings suggest that I should sell this amazing car to the right buyer for no less than $25,000 (if not more) - I am ready to sell now and I welcome all offers from serious buyers
