American motoring.
Power comes from its original 389 cubic-inch V8, retaining its
correct 538177 cylinder heads and now equipped with Pontiac's
legendary Tri-Power induction system, featuring three Rochester
7024175 carburetors topped with an iconic Super Duty air cleaner.
Paired with a 4-speed manual transmission and 3.42 rear axle, this
Ventura delivers the kind of engaging driving experience that
helped establish Pontiac's reputation as the performance leader of
the early 1960s.
The beloved bubble top was only a one year design for Pontiac. The
Ventura is 7 inches shorter than the Bonneville. This body is
pristine, laser straight. There is no rust, body work or damage.
The gaps are precise, doors shut like new. All the weatherstrips
and seals have been replaced. The paint is polished and better than
factory. All new tinted glass. Show quality chrome and trim. It
also is equipped with 15"" 8 lug wheels and they are wearing a set
of Cooker American Classic tires.
On the interior your greeted with beautifully preserved cabin
highlighted by the desirable 7k Tachometer, Wonder Bar radio and
quartz clock. a well preserved steering wheel is free of blemishes
and a the Hurst shifter is ready for action. Carpet is new original
stock, and the tri-color upholstery and door panels are
pristine!
