This Mean Green SS Machine looks factory original inside and out, but currently has a 496/500+hp stroker engine under the hood with a 5-speed Tremec TKX with 12 bolt Posi-traction rear end with 3.73 gears to put the rubber to the road.  Over $20,000 was spent on the drive train, built by War Dog Customs, which has less than 1000 miles since installed. Nicely optioned with power steering and power disc brakes on the front. The car has been repainted in the original color, deep dark Sequoia Green Metallic with stripe delete and black vinyl top. The car has newer factory original black bucket seat interior, center console, SS dash with factory tach and gauges, tilt steering column, SS steering wheel and original AM/8 track player. The original numbers matching 402 engine is complete, needing to be rebuilt and can be included with this SS Chevelle.  This is a very well documented Super Sport with two original build sheets, original protect-o-plate, window sticker and owners manual. The car is currently rolling on band new American Racing Torque Thrust II chrome and performance radials.
