While retaining the unmistakable styling of a stock 1950 Ford, this exceptional truck benefits from a comprehensive body-off restoration completed approximately eight years ago, along with a host of carefully executed mechanical and cosmetic improvements. Power comes from a professionally rebuilt Ford 460ci V8 featuring aluminum cylinder heads and a roller camshaft, producing an estimated 500 horsepower. The engine rebuild alone exceeded $10,000. Power is transferred through a completely rebuilt C6 automatic transmission, while the rebuilt Dana 70 rear axle and fully rebuilt front suspension and braking system ensure confident road manners. The restoration was completed to a high standard throughout. Original split rims have been replaced with solid rims of the same size fitted with newer tires.
