Shelby Daytona Coupe is the only licensed continuation of the
original Shelby Daytona coupe racing cars of the 1960s. The body
was designed by Pete Brock (who designed the original race cars)
and a chassis designed by Bob Negstad (who designed the original
race chassis), it is viewed by many to be the most authentic modern
continuation of the original 6 Shelby Daytona coupes. It is the
only Shelby Daytona coupe approved and licensed by Shelby and the
only Shelby Daytona coupe aside from the original half-dozen cars
eligible for the Shelby Registry. The car has a front mid-engine,
rear-wheel drive layout, with a 55R/45F weight distribution.
SPC0070 is powered by a Dry Sump LS with a treme 6 Speed Manual.
With Wimbledon White 18 Shelby Pin Drive Wheels, upgraded brakes
and Wilber Coll-Overs, this Daytona is perfectly suited for any
driving occasion. Truly from street to strip. SPC0070 features the
following aesthetic and performance upgrades: BRE Mirrors, BRE
Exhaust, BRE Lens Cover Kit, Glass Rear Hatch, Quarter Window Scoop
Delete, Aftermarket Gauges, Leather Dash, Carbon Wrapped Dash,
Custom Interior Door Trim, and Custom Steering Wheel. SPC0070 had
14,000 mlles on it when all current upgrades and drivetrain were
