1967 C10 RestoMod- LS, AC, RESTORED. If you're looking for a
classic C10 that you can get in and enjoy without having to sort
through someone else's unfinished project, this 1967 Chevrolet C10
is worth a close look. It received a complete FRAME-OFF
restoration. Finished in Diamond Black with a completely restored
red interior, and a long list of modern upgrades. Under the hood is
a very fast 5.3L LS V8 with electronic fuel injection, backed by a
4L60E automatic transmission and a 12-bolt Posi-Traction rear axle
with 3.73 gears. The engine is equipped with an aluminum intake, a
JEGS fuel rail, a K&N air filter, stainless headers, a
Flowmaster 2.5-inch dual exhaust, an aluminum radiator, and a
PowerMaster alternator. It starts easily, runs cool, and has the
reliability you'd expect from an LS-powered truck. Driving this C10
is a lot different than driving an original. It has power steering
with a new quick-ratio steering box, four-wheel power disc brakes,
custom coilovers, new springs and shocks, all-new suspension
bushings, and a new driveshaft. Note: Wipers do not work. It's very
comfortable on the road and sits on 20-inch U.S. Mags chrome spoke
wheels wrapped in Toyo tires, along with a 5inch drop up front and
a 7-inch drop in the back with a 2-inch spindle drop. Inside,
everything has been redone with new seats, carpet, chrome trim,
gauges, dash components, vents, sill plates, and a center armrest.
Also, a Lecarra steering wheel and tilt column making it
comfortable behind the wheel. Intellitronix gauges provide a 160
MPH speedometer, 8,000 RPM tachometer, and gauges for fuel, volts,
water temperature, and oil pressure. All of which are in
functioning order. It also features Vintage A/C, a retro-style
AM/FM radio with USB connectivity, new wiring harness, and sound
insulation under the carpet to help reduce road noise while still
letting the Flowmaster exhaust be part of the experience. The
attention to detail carries through the rest of the truck. It has
new bumpers and exterior chrome, LED headlights and taillights, a
new fuel tank, and a nicely finished bed with a clean spray-in
bedliner and a beautiful wood floor. Underneath, the chassis has
been painted in semi-gloss black instead of being undercoated, so
you can clearly see the quality of the restoration. This is the
kind of C10 that's been thoughtfully built from top to bottom with
zero excuses. Only 577 miles on the build.
