For Sale: 1970 Ford Bronco in Ripon, California

Vehicle Description

1970 Ford Bronco – Frame-Off Refurbishment – Fuel Injected – California Bronco

Offered for sale is my 1970 Ford Bronco that underwent an extensive frame-off refurbishment after I purchased it in California in 2024. The body was removed from the frame and the truck was rebuilt with an emphasis on reliability while maintaining the classic Bronco appearance. It is finished in blue with a black soft top and has a clean California title in my name.

The replacement 302 V8 was previously bored .060” over and was refreshed during the build with numerous new components. It starts easily, runs strong, and benefits from a FiTech electronic fuel injection system, making it much more dependable than the original carburetor.

The Bronco retains the desirable 3-speed manual transmission with a Hurst shifter, twin-stick transfer case shifters, and limited-slip front and rear differentials. The Ford 9-inch rear axle was rebuilt, and the suspension, steering, brakes, electrical system, and interior were extensively renewed.

Condition

The Bronco presents very well and is an excellent driver that attracts attention everywhere it goes. As with many vintage small-block Fords, there is a minor oil seepage from the rear of the engine that appears to be from the rear main seal. It has not affected drivability, but I want to disclose it so there are no surprises.

This is a solid, extensively refurbished early Bronco that is ready to be driven and enjoyed while still leaving room for the next owner to personalize it if desired.
