This 1991 Ford F250 XLT Lariat is a nice, clean, and very original
truck that spent its life in Washington and Oregon. The previous
owner spent around $8,000 in maintenance and repairs in the last
year getting it ready to drive around the country as he is in the
military. Life threw him a curve and a new baby so his plans
changed so he sold us the truck. The body is clean and straight.
The White and Silver Metallic paint appears to be mostly original
and it looks like some of the silver on the passenger side may have
been resprayed. The paint is showing its age with some fading and
patina but it looks cool all polished up. The underside of this
tuck is also really clean and we found no rust issues with this
vehicle.
The interior is also original and still in really nice condition.
The seat, carpet, door panels, headliner, dash, and dash bezel are
original and nice. The headlights, taillights, brakelights, and
turn signals are all working. The gauges all work. This truck has
tilt wheel and working cruise control. It has working power windows
but the power locks are inop. It has an aftermarket stereo with
bluetooth that works. The horn and windshield wipers work and the
heat and ac are also working.
Mechanically this truck is excellent and it runs and drives great!!
The engine is the 5.8L 351W that is totally stock and runs strong
with no issues or red flags that we found. It has new exhaust
manifolds, EGR valve, and alternator. The transmission is the E40D
Automatic that shifts great. It was rebuilt around 5,000 miles ago
and we have the receipt for the work. It is mated to the Borg
Warner Manual transfer case and the 4WD works like it should.
Itbhas the Ford 10.25 rear axle with 3.55 gears. The front axle is
the Dana 44 TTB with 3.55 gears. It is sitting on a nice set of
aftermarket aluminum wheels with All Terrain tires size
285/75/16.
We drive what we sell so that we can give you a first hand and
accurate report on how the vehicle runs and drives. Our pictures
are never touched up or photoshopped. What you see is an accurate
representation of the vehicle. We take consistent pictures and show
you everything so you can get a true representation of the
vehicle.
