The 1932 Ford is one of the most widely recognized street rod
platforms in existence. Having been featured in a number of popular
movies, such as American Graffiti and The California Kid, it is
easy to see why these classic Ford's have become such a staple in
the street rod market. This 1932 Ford Hi-Boy is an older built and
very nice example of these iconic street rods. This Ford's Red
exterior paint shines very well and is in very good condition with
the exception of some minor defects (mostly contained to the hood).
The Ford's Red exterior is nicely complimented by its hand-painted
yellow pinstriping, polished sideview mirrors, polished front and
rear suspension components, and a set of Graphite American Racing
Torque Thrust style wheels wrapped in BFGoodrich tires. This Ford
features a removable Tan canvas top that is in very good condition
with a glass rear window. This beautiful 1932 Ford features a
tastefully done, Tan vinyl interior that is in very good condition
with some wear present throughout. Powering this great street rod
is a 348 cubic inch V8 backed by a Turbo-Hydramatic 400 3-speed
automatic transmission. The 348 cubic inch V8 has been nicely
upgraded with a polished Offenhauser dual 4-barrel intake manifold,
dual polished Edelbrock 4-barrel carburetors, MSD distributor, MSD
ignition coil and shorty headers. Both the engine and transmission
perform just as they should and have no problem pulling this street
rod down the road with ease. This 1932 Ford street rod is nicely
equipped with a polished 4-link front suspension, polished 4-link
rear suspension, front disc brakes, tilt column, Classic
Instruments gauge set, electric exhaust cutouts and electric
cooling fan. If you are in the market for a very nice street rod
that is turn-key ready to enjoy and would present very well at your
local cruise-in, then you will want to take a very close look at
this gorgeous 1932 Ford Hi-Boy street rod.
