For Sale: 2001 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 in Kentwood, Michigan

The fifth generation of the Corvette was built between 1997 and 2004. The platform and design was completely new which was a major achievement considering the biggest complaint was squeaks and rattles in the previous generations. This particular fifth generation is the coveted Z06 model with manual transmission pushing 385 HP and a top speed of 165 MPH. This is the first time in a long time that the auto manufacturers were really pushing power and performance again and people were excited for it. These cars not only offered increased power but lighter chassis and wheels, better suspension and other modifications that were not offered for a long time. This car has traveled just over 33,000 miles in the 25 years it has been on the road and shows phenominally well. It has has excellent care, storage and service and has been adult driven. The only modifications is a Borla exhaust, cold air intake and feels like a short throw shifter. Everything internally is stock and unmolested. This car is an absolute blast to drive and is a ton of car for the money. We see no known needs with everything in good working order including ice cold A/C.
