Sunnyside Chevrolet of Elyria, Ohio in conjunction with Greg's Sports, Classic, & Muscle is proud to offer for sale this beautiful 1962 MGA Mark 2 Deluxe Roadster!

One of the rarest of MGA's, the Mark 2 Roadster is a very low production car, having filled the void of finishing out twin cam parts for the MG factory. Equipped with the best the twin cam had to offer, better frame and suspension, 4-wheel disc brakes, Dunlop Racing Steel wheels with knockoffs, close ratio 4-speed and fitted with the indestructible, venerable 1622 MGA engine that was both powerful and much more durable than the finicky twin cam.

This stunning Mark 2 has been the recipient of a ground-up restoration, is completely numbers matching, and is built just as the British Heritage Trust Certificate said it was in 1962. Yes, that's correct-this is a factory Black over Red interior, just as produced at the factory.

Production numbers for the total Mark 2 Deluxe production run are reported as high as 390, but the accepted number is 313 total. With just 173 Roadsters built in 1962, this car is certainly in rarified air....

We have a correct grey tonneau and correct grey top that are like new. We do not have top bows but can certainly supply them to anyone who would ever consider putting the top up (beyond our understanding-you don't need it, but to each his own).

This Deluxe drives impeccably. No disappointment here. If you know what you are looking at, we would challenge you to find one better....
