We always like buying cars from our great customers, and this Chevelle came from one of our favorite gentlemen in mid-Ohio. We've known this car through him for years, and we are very proud to have it.

Let's start with the fact that this is a REAL FACTORY BLACK Chevelle. That's correct-real, not a wannabe black car. Then let's talk about the straightest body panels we have seen in a long time, covered with an amazing, deep coat of beautiful black paint. This is a car you walk up to and go, "Wow." The more you look, the better it gets-paint, chrome, vinyl top, stainless trim-it all presents extremely nicely. This is not your bondo buggy Chevelle that is so often offered for sale, representing itself (pretending) to be what this car really is. To know what we mean, you have to see it in person. If you saw this car at a car show in a row of any type of cars, you would stop to look at it. Guaranteed.

The A2 code on the trim tag designated factory black paint with a black top. The vinyl top is in excellent condition, as is the trim around it. The 761 interior on the tag denotes Black Imitation Leather. The interior is very neat, very tidy, clean, and straight stock-looking, save for the steering column-mounted tachometer.

This is a 136 VIN car, and it is running a built 350, backed by a great-shifting 4-speed and a Posi rear with 4.11 gears. Having had the opportunity to put a few miles on this car, we can say it's a real runner, and the drivetrain performs well and strong. If time allows, we will get this car to the dyno tester-we have a feeling she's making some very nice horsepower. Power steering makes for a very nice driving experience.

Having done this for a bit, we have been around and seen a great number of Chevelles-some nice, some pretending to be nice. This car is exceptional and is the type of car we are proud to own and represent. You would be proud to own it as well.
