The 1970 Oldsmobile Cutlass Convertible is a timeless American
cruiser that perfectly captures the style and comfort of the golden
era of muscle cars. Finished in its original gold exterior, this
Cutlass has a classic look that's complemented by the factory
Oldsmobile stock-style mag wheels wrapped in Mastercraft Avenger
G/T tires that show excellent tread. Topping it all off is a white
vinyl power convertible top featuring a desirable glass rear
window, allowing you to enjoy open-air cruising with the push of a
button.
Power comes from Oldsmobile's dependable 350 Rocket V8 engine
paired with a smooth-shifting column-mounted automatic
transmission. Equipped with power steering and power brakes, this
Cutlass delivers an easy, comfortable driving experience whether
you're heading to a local cruise night or enjoying a weekend drive.
Heat functions properly, while the factory air conditioning system
remains intact with all of its components present; however, the A/C
is not currently operational.
Inside, you'll find a clean white vinyl bucket seat interior
featuring a center console with convenient cup holders and a
storage compartment. The original dashboard remains in place,
preserving the factory appearance while a retro-style Bluetooth
Oldsmobile radio provides modern convenience and excellent sound
quality. All of the lights, gauges, and wipers are reported to be
in proper working order, making this an enjoyable car to drive and
appreciate.
The underbody presents very well and is currently rust free, adding
to the overall appeal of this classic convertible. We do want to be
transparent that there is evidence of a previous frame repair, as
shown in the accompanying photos. Unfortunately, we have no
documentation or knowledge regarding when the repair was performed.
Despite this, the car remains a very solid driver that runs,
drives, and presents exceptionally well.
