Unveiled at the 1972 Paris Motor Show, the Ferrari 365 GT4 2+2 marked a new direction for Maranello's front-engine grand tourers. Penned by Pininfarina, its crisp, angular design departed from the marque's earlier styling while offering a more spacious cabin, expansive glass area, and practical luggage compartment. Beneath its long hood resides Ferrari's 4.4-liter Colombo V12, breathing through six Weber carburetors and paired with a five-speed manual transmission. Producing 320 horsepower, the GT4 2+2 was capable of 150+ mph. Luxury accompanied its performance, with leather upholstery, power steering, power windows, air conditioning, and five-spoke Cromodora alloy wheels all fitted as exceptionally generous standard equipment.

One of only 521 examples produced, this 1973 Ferrari 365 GT4 2+2 is presented in the refined and highly complementary combination of Blu Chiaro over Tan leather, accented by five-spoke Cromodora alloy wheels with knock-off spinners. At the rear, the signature triple taillamps on each side are framed by quad exhaust outlets, lending the car a distinctly sporting appearance.

The accompanying history file includes the car's original owner's handbook and parts manual, together with an impressive collection of invoices dating back to 1999 totaling more than $115,000. These document several refurbishment campaigns, beginning with work by Nevada-based Italian classic specialists Shade Tree Enginetrics in 2003. In 2015, 3R Auto Racing of Colorado, which had maintained the car since 2007, carried out cosmetic refinishing of the interior trim and bodywork, comprehensive detailing of the interior, as well as attention to the electrical, carburetion, transmission, and braking systems. In 2016, Classic Restoration by Country Club completed nearly $10,000 of additional work, including carburetor synchronization and tuning, alternator refurbishment, air-conditioning service, a comprehensive interior cleaning, and further cosmetic attention to the bodywork and interior trim. More recently, in preparation for sale, the 365 GT4 2+2 was treated to an oil service, brake fluid flush, and general inspection.
