in 2015 as a version of the 6th generation Ford Mustang Roush. Its
the most powerful and advanced version in the Roush lineup,
designed for track level performance without sacrificing on-road
drivability. Based on the 5.0L Coyote V8, it incorporates
a 2.3L Roush Phase 2 supercharger, boosting power to 670hp, with
060mph acceleration in approximately 3.6 seconds. It maintains
rear-wheel drive and a 6 speed manual transmission, with a 10 speed
automatic option in later years. The suspension includes
adjustable coilovers and, on selected trims, a 3-way suspension for
more precise handling. Aesthetically, the RS3 is distinguished by
its "R7" aerodynamic kit, front splitter, side skirts, rear
spoiler, 20 inch wheels and quad exhaust system with active valves.
The 6th Gen Ford Mustang Roush Stage 3 (RS3) was produced until
2023.
