The MGA in my opinion is one of the nicest looking MG's made with
its swooping aerodynamic body designs which makes sense because it
is derived from George Phillips 1951 TD Lemans race car. These A
cars were built between 1955 and 1962 and would be the largest
design change since pre WWII. Out of over 100,000 produced only
about 5,000 were sold to the home market with the majority being
exported. This car has had a restoration or atleast at some point
in its life and still shows well with some minor cosmetic flaws as
to be expected of a driver quality example. Furthermore, the car
starts right up, idles instantly and shifts well through all 5
gears with excellent power all the way through. The disc brakes
make this car also stop nicely. There appears to be no noises or
rattles while driving either. The car comes with a nice soft-top,
side curtains and tonneau along with a matching spare. All the
lights and guages seem to work as they should. This is a nice fun
little car that is ready to be enjoyed or take it to the next
level.
