This 2003 Chevy S10 is configured in a hard to find crew
cab/shortbox/4x4 and it is and extra clean and very original truck.
This is a 2 Owner truck from Indiana that was never driven in the
winter as the original owners wintered in Florida. The 2nd Owner
only owned it for short time as he purchased it for his son to
drive but his son wanted a car so this was never driven by him. The
body is clean and straight. The Medium Green Metallic paint looks
excellent and it is all original except for a scratch that was
painted on the rear driver side door below the molding. All of the
trim is original and nice. The underside of this truck is also
clean with only some surface rust on the bare metal parts. We found
no rust issues with this truck.
The interior is all original and very nice. The seats, carpet, door
panels, dash, dash bezel, and headliner are all original and nice.
The headlights taillights, brakelights, and turn signals are all
working. This truck has tilt wheel and working cruise control. It
has working power windows and power locks and working power
mirrors. The horn and windshield wipers work along with the factory
radio. The heat and AC are also working.
Mechanically this truck is excellent and it runs and drives great.
The engine is the 4.3L Vortec V6 that runs strong with no issues or
red flags that we found. These are great engines and this one
appears to be totally stock. It has the 4L60E Automatic
transmission that shifts great. It is mated to the np253 transfer
case and the 4WD works like it should. The rear axle is the 10 Bolt
with 3.73 gears and a factory limited slip. The front axle is the
IFS with 3.73 gears. This is all sitting on a newer set of American
racing aluminum wheels with Toyo Open Country Tires size 235/75/15.
We do have the factory wheels as well.
We drive what we sell so that we can give you a first hand and
accurate report on how the vehicle runs and drives. Our pictures
are never touched up or photoshopped. What you see is an accurate
representation of the vehicle. We take consistent pictures and show
you everything so you can get a true representation of the
vehicle.
