This vehicle was frame off restored, the frame was chemically dipped and refinished. This ’55 is equipped with an upgraded drivetrain including a fresh 383 Stroker motor with a 700R4 automatic transmission with overdrive, and all the creature comforts to make it an excellent cruiser. The Tri-Five Chevy’s have always been an American Icon in hot rodding and this one is ready to get in and go. The exterior of this BelAir is flat out stunning, the vehicle is finished in high gloss, Honduras Maroon paint that is excellent . The body fit on the car is excellent, the car is very straight. The stainless trim is excellent and all the chrome and stainless hardware is in excellent. The vehicle is equipped with a like new set of chrome Cragar SS wheels with excellent BF Goodrich Radial T/A tires. This ’55 is ready to go cruising and will stand out amongst the crowd. Interior Highlights:
The interior of the ’55 is very nice with the super comfortable cloth bench front seat that is in excellent shape. The rear bench, door panels, and center console are also covered in the same material This vehicle is equipped with vintage heat and cold blowing air conditioning with in dash controls. The vehicle has a nice steering column with a very sharp wood grant steering wheel and billet accessories. The vehicle has an awesome original gauge cluster with functioning gauges for fuel level, speedometer, odometer, and battery voltage. The vehicle is equipped with an updated stereo that looks vintage and has the blue bow tie insignia. The car has excellent high quality carpeting. All the glass is in great shape. The headliner in this vehicle is in great shape. The ’55 has the classic Chevrolet dash with oodles of detail. The vehicle is also equipped with seat belts. The engine compartment very detailed and clean including March pulleys, polished aluminum vintage A/C compressor, and chrome air cleaner. The motor is equipped with Aluminum heads and an aluminum intake. The car is equipped with a 650 CFM Edelbrock 4 Barrel Carb with electric choke. The vehicle is equipped with a 700R4 transmission. The vehicle has Power 4 Wheel Disk brakes and power steering. The vehicle is equipped with an aluminum radiator with shroud. The vehicle has a Access electronic ignition, starts easily.
