For sale is my 1963 Dodge Polara 500, a car I've owned and enjoyed for the past five years. As a longtime fan of the early B-Body Mopar’s, this was a bucket-list car for me, but it's time for someone else to enjoy it.
Powered by a 440 Big Block with Promaxx aluminum heads and Max Wedge adjustable rockers, this Polara delivers the sound, performance, and personality that Mopar enthusiasts are looking for. The drivetrain is paired with a highly desirable 727 push-button automatic transmission featuring the unique 1965 slip-yoke setup (one-year-only design), a full-manual valve body, and a 2800-stall converter.
Highlights & Features
The car retains its original interior and carpeting, giving it an authentic vintage feel. The rear seat back was removed to accommodate the roll bar, but it is included with the car.
A cool piece of history: this Polara was featured in Car Kulture Magazine in 2013, adding to its story and uniqueness.
Why I'm Selling
I simply don't drive it enough anymore. I'm downsizing my home and no longer have the garage space to keep it.
This is a great opportunity to own a unique early B-Body Mopar with strong performance upgrades, original interior character, and documented magazine history. Whether you're a Mopar collector, muscle car enthusiast, or someone looking for a standout classic to cruise and enjoy, this Polara deserves a good home.
Lastly the car runs and drive fine, If I were to keep it living in AZ it needs a cooling system revision to handle the +100 days, this was on my list but unfortunately, I am moving and just not enough time or space in my future for this car
