The previous owner was given the car when he returned from serving in the Vietnam War, by his Uncle who had purchased the car new and was the Mayor of Lead South Dakota. The second owner and the current owner had the ground up restoration done on the car by Bill Napoli in Rapid City South Dakota, owner of Motions Unlimited.
