Melanson Motors is proud to offer this 1932 Ford 3-Window Coupe Hot
Rod. This is a high quality build with great attention to detail.
The car is comfortable to drive and performs very well! This Hot
Rod is registered as a 1932 Ford title. It is an American Stamping
Corporation chassis and a Russ Nomore fiberglass body. The Gloss
black paint is a base/clear and is excellent.
This car features a freshly built 355 cubic inch engine with
ceramic coated Patriot headers, Automotion Rochester tri power
carburetors, Edelbrock finned aluminum valve covers, MSD electronic
ignition and Edelbrock Performer RPM aluminum heads. The engine
machine work and internals were done by Beatty and Woods Engine
Builders. The engine is cooled by a new radiator with an electric
fan. The transmission is a 700R4 four speed automatic with Gearstar
"Road Tour Package" internals and a 2200 stall. The rear end is
fresh built Ford 9 inch with 3.70 gears and Traction-Lok. The rear
suspension is a triangulated 4-link with coil springs. The front
end features a Lucky 7 forged drop axle. This hot rod has SSBC
power disc brakes up front and stops on a dime. The undercarriage
is nicely detailed and painted black. All the brake and fuel lines
are stainless and new. This Ford has an American Autowire wiring
harness and fuse panel. The exhaust system is stainless steel 2.5"
mandrel bent pipes with Flowmaster H Power II mufflers. It sounds
great!
The interior is very tidy! It is all new and in excellent
condition. The bench seat is upholstered in black leather and the
door panels match. The carpet is new and black in color. The
headliner is also black suede and an Alpine radio deck sits neatly
above the windshield. The speakers are JBL and the stereo sounds
good. The interior features an Ididit tilt steering column and
Stewart Warner gauges. This '32 has Rocky Hinge Inc. power windows
which have a power switch that resembles a crank handle. Also
inside is Vintage Air heat and defrost, and a Lokar shifter.
The car rides on 16" wheels with Firestone Deluxe Champion wide
white wall tires. With about 6100 gentle miles since the build,
this 1932 Ford 3 Window has been road tested and sorted! All the
work is done, just get in and enjoy!
