H ere is a really stunning looking Rolls-Royce Corniche II
convertible finished in Acrylic white with very rare Surf blue
Connolly hides and dark blue Wilton wool carpets, with a dark blue
convertible top. The twin fine lines to the waist-rails are
hand-painted in matching dark blue. This is a stunning all-together
motor car. This Corniche II came to us from an estate where it sat
in storage for the last few years. It underwent some very light
cosmetic restoration and servicing and is now available in its
magnificent presentation. The body of the car is straight and the
paint deep in lustre and consistency. It has had some paint
correction at some point (not by us) and barely shows any signs of
wear at all with only the most minor little marks that can only be
seen if you look hard. It is very shiny without any fading, dents
or dings. Rubbers, mouldings, badges and external fittings are all
in excellent condition. The interior of this car is stunning. The
unusual Surf blue Connolly leather shows beautifully. The door
cappings were refinished by us, so they are literally as brand new.
The remainder wood remains in excellent original showing without
any issues at all. Perhaps the odd and very minor hairlines in the
console area but otherwise it can be comfortably described as
excellent and certainly NOT in need of anything. Carpets, seats,
dash and interior finishes are truly excellent and I best encourage
you to look at all the photos to fully appreciate how nicely the
interior presents. The lambswool moutons are factory brand new and
are delicious to experience. The car also had an up-market current
technology flip out screen stereo system fitted. The dark blue
convertible top is new as of about 5 years ago and as such presents
perfectly. The rear "window" is crystal clear with no blemishes or
sun fading. Mechanically, the car is subject to the 45 year service
and restoration experience of the Park-Ward Motor Museum's private
workshop and trained RR mechanics and craftsmen. Like every other
car delivered by Park-Ward, it comes with everything in excellent
working and operating condition, fully inspected and serviced. We
call this process; "Predelivery Commissioning" to ensure all major
and minor services are up to date. This includes the all important
hydraulics & brakes - fully inspected and pressure tested with any
parts replaced and/or over-hauled as required - reservoir, pumps,
accumulators, valves, calipers. All electrics; seats, windows,
gauges and instruments are fully gone thru and serviced as
required. The climate control system in good working order with the
heater nice and hot and the air conditioning blowing icy cold. In
summary, the car is shipped with everything fully operational, down
to the smallest light bulb. The car comes with its owner's manual,
jack and original tool set. When describing a car for sale, one
should be very careful to use terms like "perfect" and "flawless"
because nothing but a brand new car can be described this way. That
said, this Corniche comes in strong for its age, is of a very high
standard and is an easy 10 out of 10 driver rating. She is simply
stunning.
