I purchased the car, which was part of a large corvette collection in an estate sale in 2017. The owner was unable to drive the car for several years. I had it inspected by a classic corvette judge who noted it was in generally good condition but needed some tender loving care. I brought the car to a noted c1/c2 award winning restorer, Michael Capozzio of Classic Corvette Restorations who performed the work to make this into a beautiful, mechanically sound driver. His work included a new paint job, new disc brakes, new replica 1967 bluetooth radio with upgraded speakers (see pictures), rebuilt carb, Coker steel belted tires, new suspension, etc. The oil is changed yearly and the car stored year round in the garage. The car is not matching numbers but has a period correct 327 small block engine and transmission. The car runs flawlessly. The odometer works and currently reads about 69,500 miles. I put about 200 miles a year on the car which has only been driven in the summer.
