This Tyrol Blue Metallic GTO has been in the care of one of our
clients for many years. We have had the privilege of helping him
maintain this largely unrestored survivor over the years and are
thrilled to now have it here as part of our showroom inventory.
The "YS' code 400 V8 runs beautifully with just the right rumble
from the dual exhaust system. The Turbo Hydramatic transmission is
fitted with the "Dual Gate/His-Hers" shifter and the car is
well-suited for the highway with its 2.93 rear axle ratio. The
factory Air Conditioning system has been retrofitted to accept the
R134a refrigerant and blows nice and cold. With power steering,
power front disc brakes and radial Red-Line tires, the car is
predictable, balanced and is an absolute pleasure to drive.
The black interior is optioned with bucket seats, center console,
AM-FM radio, LH remote mirror, seat belts and Soft Ray tinted
glass. The structure of this car is exceptionally nice with
excellent frame, trunk and floor pans.
Accompanying this car is the PHS documentation packet, and Pontiac
brochures.
